Pros: You may wear Adidas Gazelle 2 and take long walks with no fear of straining your feet, since they are very lightweight and have significant cushioning for a flat-soled sneaker.
Cons: Their blown rubber sole is not made for running or for especially tough training on hard ground. Also, the pattern of the sole does not offer best traction; for this reason, it is not advisable to wear them on slippery grounds.
